Oldest projects

This page is dedicated to the oldest projects still active at DP, counting from creation date. If you are looking for the oldest projects in each round, counting from when they entered the round, you want the Proofing the Oldest team page.

angels3mom started a spreadsheet to keep track of the oldest projects still in the p1/p2/p3/f1/f2 rounds (and lingering between those rounds), with assistance from zarabee, as part of the work of The Gravedigger team.

The project list exists as a spreadsheet, including the date the project was created, and the date the project had its first recorded activity on DP. Because of the extreme age of some projects, the date they entered P1 or R1 can't be accurately determined, in which case it's been estimated based on forum posting dates and similar clues.

The list is based predominantly on Retread projects sent back through the rounds when DP changed over to P1/P2/P3 proofing (aka The Change). Other projects are sourced from P3 Oldies and forum searches for project discussions authored by Raz. Raz authored project threads before they became automated some time in 2004. Some projects from 2003 don't have a project discussion at all.

Listed below are projects which were started (R1 proofing) in 2002 and 2003, including projects which likely had activity in 2002/2003, but the date when they entered R1 is uncertain (marked with a *). You can also see the table sorted by Status: oldest projects by status
