The earlier steps should have prepared the file to remove the page separators. That is, the book by now should be formatted as if the page separators weren't there: formatting that spans across page boundaries should not break at the page separator, etc. Therefore it should be save to use "Delete" for all page separators.

• Run Fix Page Separators to remove visible page separators
