Captions with hanging indents
This caption is printed as a hanging indent (first line at the margin, other lines indented uniformly). The text is wrappable, so enclose it in block quotes. Ensure the closing bracket for the illustration tag is on a separate line from the closing tag of the block quote tags.
Include the number and period in the small caps. If "Fig." is in italics, include the number and period in the italics tag, too, unless the project comments or discussion say otherwise.
