Ads with precise alignment

The page border, that we ignore, makes it clear this is one ad. We have the usual suspects with underlined text being represented with italics and contact information at the bottom separated by two blank lines. Note that the address at the bottom needs no-wrap for proper alignment, much like a table. We only try to precisely replicate the layout in ads where it makes sense, as it does here.
