Lists of works
A list of the author's other books often appears near the front of a book. Treat it like a chapter, as with other types of front matter. Any long lines of book titles in the list proper are unwrapped.
Headings
A blank line between the two lines of the heading ("THE COLLECTED WORKS OF" and "HENRIK IBSEN") is needed to prevent the two text lines from being rewrapped. Leave two spaces after the last line of the heading only ("WILLIAM ARCHER")
Italics and numbers
Two lines include upright numbers while the entire line is intended to be in italics, so include the numbers in the single pair of tags. We assume the printer did not have italic numbers available.
Publishers
No-wrap is used for the publisher at the bottom so that the two lines could be in one set of small caps tags. Note that both lines contain mixed small caps and all caps, and the second line contains numbers, and all of those can be handled properly with one set of tags.
