Lists of works by authors

A list of the author's other books often appears near the front of a book. Treat it like a chapter. Any long lines of book titles in the list proper are unwrapped.

Italics and numbers

Two lines include upright numbers while the entire line is intended to be in italics, so include the numbers in the single pair of tags. The printer did not have italic numbers available.

Publishers

No-wrap is used for the publisher at the bottom so that the two lines could be in one set of small caps tags. Note that both lines contain mixed small caps and all caps, and the second line contains numbers, and all of those can be handled properly with one set of tags.
