Lists are usually formatted with no-wrap markup (/* */), but in some situations we use another markup, like block quotes (/# #/) instead.
Before reviewing these examples, make sure you are familiar with the Lists of Items and Out-of-Line Markup sections of the Formatting Guidelines.
