Move 002.png to end
Cross references labelled as <cr> or <crm> (latter for cases where we're going to have to change the footnote number)
TOC needs some thought. Subsidiary TOC at 269
Book has real thought breaks and gaps. Format as ***** and extra blank line in text. Think about HTML.
Place footnotes at the end of chapters.
Single Greek letters (to about [theta]) need converting
Check the Latin and Greek carefully.
Used <f> in one place (546). Ignore this distinction for text but leave it for HTML.

Page offsets:

Main TOC occurs after preface (31 pages in). Provide a link to it from the preface. (As normal "return to TOC" link.)
Ensure we have correct links to the two sets of Roman pages and note in TN how it's done.
