- 2nd system, last note of soprano part (d) needs to be an octave lower.
- 2nd system, 1st bar, tenor line, 6th note should be a b instead of d.
- Lyrics attribution section, delete the word and on the line below Office Hymn.
- Lyrics attribution, delete the 1-5 before Bishop.
