Lily3

We are trying out a new workflow where L3 grabs the code, compiles and checks. After clearance, L3 will name the files and upload to repository. This ensures that what is checked and cleared is exactly what is uploaded.

  • I believe it's G Hypomixolydian. But I don't think you can specify that in Lilypond, so I'd just call it C. :)

  • Page header is missing a word: ... FROM THE EPIPHANY TILL LENT
  • 2nd system, 2nd half, plainsong staff: in group of three notes together, the middle one (F) seems to have an extra stem (on the right) not shown in scan.
  • Latin above lyrics: "optime" should be all lowercase.
  • Amen block: non-plainsong staffs and clefs look same size as in main hymn (instead of smaller as usual).

  • The plainsong clef jumps down a line from system one to system two but this isn't signified. Should this lack of notation be considered a typo?

  • I agree. Perhaps a note for the PPer to say that between system 1 and 2 there is a change of clef which is not signified, whereas in Hymn 22 a custos symbol was used in similar circumstances.
