Lyrics copied from P3 and perl-formatted --QMacrocarpa 09:09, 28 June 2007 (PDT):

"LOVE'S redeeming work is done;"
"Fought the fight, the battle won:"
"Lo, our Sun's eclipse is o'er!"
"Lo, he sets in blood no more!"
""
"Vain the stone, the watch, the seal,"
"Christ has burst the gates of hell;"
"Death in vain forbids his rise;"
"Christ has opened Paradise."
""
"Lives again our glorious King;"
"Where, O Death, is now thy sting?"
"Dying once, he all doth save;"
"Where thy victory, O grave?"
""
"Soar we now where Christ has led,"
"Following our exalted Head;"
"Made like him, like him we rise;"
"Ours the cross, the grave, the skies."
""
"Hail the Lord of earth and heaven!"
"Praise to thee by both be given:"
"Thee we greet triumphant now;"
"Hail, the Resurrection thou!"

Notes by L3 KenJ 02:09, 22 August 2007 (PDT)

  • Tune title: or is in Small Caps.
  • System 2, measure 1, last pair of notes (tenor and bass): should be lowered one tone from e-natural/g to d-natural/f. Why d has to be naturalized, I don't know. :) Who am I to judge what went on in the mind of the person who put it there?

Notes by Jkenny 07:34, 22 August 2007 (PDT)

  • Fixed the "or".
  • Fixed system 2 measure 1. Now d-natural (forced) / f. Good thing I don't know much music -- I just match the image :)
  • V2 up.

Notes by L3 KenJ 14:59, 22 August 2007 (PDT)

  • Re: matching image: That's what we're here for (for the most part).
  • Clear.
