Lyrics copied from P3 and perl-formatted --QMacrocarpa 20:03, 26 June 2007 (PDT):

"ALLELUYA! Alleluya!"
" Hearts to heaven and voices raise;"
"Sing to God a hymn of gladness,"
" Sing to God a hymn of praise;"
"He who on the Cross a victim"
" For the world's salvation bled,"
"Jesus Christ, the King of glory."
" Now is risen from the dead."
""
"Christ is risen, Christ the first-fruits"
" Of the holy harvest field,"
"Which will all its full abundance"
" At his second coming yield;"
"Then the golden ears of harvest"
" Will their heads before him wave,"
"Ripen'd by his glorious sunshine"
" From the furrows of the grave."
""
"Christ is risen, we are risen;"
" Shed upon us heavenly grace,"
"Rain, and dew, and gleams of glory"
" From the brightness of thy face;"
"That we, Lord, with hearts in heaven"
" Here on earth may fruitful be,"
"And by angel-hands be gathered,"
" And be ever safe with thee."
""
"Alleluya! Alleluya!"
" Glory be to God on high;"
"To the Father, and the Saviour,"
" Who has gained the victory;"
"Glory to the Holy Spirit,"
" Fount of love and sanctity;"
"Alleluya! Alleluya!"
" To the Triune Majesty. Amen."
""

Notes by L2 Jkenny 23:41, 10 July 2007 (PDT)

  • Note the notes in the text markup "This hymnmay also be sung....". These were produced using \combine to combine two markups: a regular note, and a unicode em-dashes to serve as the leger line.
  • This piece also had that funny uneven blank line spacing phenomenon. Corrected one instance between verse 3 and 4.

Notes by L3 KenJ 22:12, 20 August 2007 (PDT)

  • You did very well. Only one punctuation mark to correct. :)
  • Lyrics, verse 1, line 7: end of line period should be a comma (glory,).

Notes by Jkenny 08:27, 21 August 2007 (PDT)

  • Fixed the comma, errata page updated.
  • V2 up.

Note by KenJ 12:26, 21 August 2007 (PDT)

  • Clear it.

V2 uploaded to repository. Jkenny 22:24, 21 August 2007 (PDT)
