- I rearranged lyrics in 2 x 2 + 1 layout, preserving the style of the original. This managd to squeeze everything into 1 page.
QMacrocarpa's note:
- W.H. Monk's birth year should be 1823 instead of 1828. Otherwise, looks good!

- Lily1 - done by QMacrocarpa (ABC) -- tried quote-marks to preserve lyrics indents. Strip out \" once imported into Lilypond.
