Illustrations

All illustrations were uploaded with names of the form Guiguts_ XX _ something .png

Please use the same convention for new illustrations (so a search on "Guiguts_" finds them all). To replace an illustration (when the UI changes) just upload a new file giving it the same name. ("upload file" is a link in the Toolbox to the left.)

The illustrations so far begin life as screen-grabs:

• crop to the area of interest
• reduce in scale if necessary to get within 500px max width
• save as a PNG with 256 colors

The latter step is to minimize the size; if the original screen grab is of a screen in "millions of colors" mode, it will be a 32-bit per pixel image, which makes a bulky .PNG. Reducing to 256 colors (8 bit per pixel) causes some banding of subtle colors but who cares, in a dialog box.

It looks like it's the PP Process Checklist, which for some reason isn't a sub-page of PPTools/Guiguts like the rest of the manual's pages are.
