McKeown Much of the uber stuff is outdated because things have changed so much; page numbers are left in always now, and uber was written when they were deleted. TOC is really only different from a normal one in that the lines are indented to show sections and subsections. Probably no need for latex markup. DO need to state that formatters should maintain relative indenting, which can be difficult as the number of spaces isn't standard, and they need to be the same across pages.

Need to put together a complete list of the non-standard diacriticals that have appeared in varios projects so far. Don't know that the page image shown is complete. Also work in the three ' thing, my fav.
