ANZAC Day is the 25th of April, an important public holiday in Australia and New Zealand. (For information on the significance of this date and its political significance, see Wikipedia.) At DP, it is a focused release date for books related to Australia and/or New Zealand, and in particular their military history (?). DP first observed this event in 2005.

  1. [[etext:18891 |Dot and the Kangaroo]] by Ethel C. Pedley. This Australian classic is certainly not a military history project.
  2. [[etext:15896|Five Months at Anzac]] by Joseph Lievesley Beeston. A great example of what could be worked on here.
