Overview
This example shows the basic treatment for a title page:
- Leave four blank lines at the top
- Enclose everything in no-wrap
- Put blank lines where they seem to be needed
- Mark italics and small caps
Horizontal rules
On title pages, as in chapter headings, ignore horizontal rules—they're not thought breaks.
