Overview

This example shows the basic treatment for a title page:

  1. Leave four blank lines at the top
  2. Enclose everything in no-wrap
  3. Put blank lines where they seem to be needed
  4. Mark italics and small caps

Horizontal rules

On title pages, as in chapter headings, ignore horizontal rules—they're not thought breaks.
