Headings
We mark Mixed Small Caps, as seen in the main heading above.
We do not mark all-uppercase headings or sub-headings, even when the letters look like all-lowercase small caps. Headings are wrappable unless you use no-wrap or add blank lines.
First words
When the first words in a chapter or section are in small caps, we just change them to normal mixed case and do not mark them.
Parts of a chapter heading
Here, the chapter ID, name, and synopsis are separated by blank lines, but since the synopsis clearly is wrappable, it wasn't placed in no-wrap.
