Headings
Headings and sub-headings often are printed in fonts or sizes that make them appear to be darker than normal text, but we do not mark them as bold unless other parts of the same lines clearly are lighter (or unless specially instructed by the project manager). And that's why this first example begins with three lines that are not marked as bold: they are headings.
