DP Official Documentation talk:General/Access Requirements

I know we normally list and talk about the rounds in the P1, P2, P3, F1, and F2 order, but might this page be one of the rare places where it would make more sense to move the F1 discussion before the P3 discussion? Since a DPer must gain F1 access before s/he can gain P3 access, wouldn't it make sense to list the rounds on this page in the order they can/must be applied for? OK, I've rearranged the sections just a tad, putting the items within each section in the order of "least to most" requirements for access. I thought that made a lot of sense on this one page, even tho we usually see them in "workflow order" in most other places. kraester 01:37, 10 July 2006 (PDT)
