This is a special project that is fairly difficult at times, as you have to make a judgment about another user's meaning of a given term. The job is to look at the list of pages that link to disambiguation pages and to look at a given disambiguation page, then look at all the links to it. You will then fix the links to it to the proper disambiguated term. In some cases you'll find the link to the disambiguation page was done on purpose, in this case leave it.
