Periodicals/Norsk Ungdomsblad

Norsk Ungdomsblad started in 1902, with two issues per month. In 1904 it had moved on to weekly issues (for 1903 I don't know, not having any issues from that year). It started its life in Stavanger, but as of number 18 1902 it had moved to Kristiania (Oslo), at which point it also changed fontface from Antiqua to Fraktur.
