The Gale Online Biography Resource Center does not have an entry. The isfdb lists it as a pseudonym of F. Orlin Tremaine. The isfdb lists US author Frederick Orlin Tremaine born 1899 and died 1956. Contento lists Warner Van Lorne as a pseudonym of Nelson Tremaine (1907-1971) with no other bio details.
