Richard S. Shaver

Richard Sharpe Shaver was born October 8, 1907 in Berwick, PA and died November 5, 1975. Both Contemporary Authors and St. James Guide to Science Fiction Writers have entries with just birth year and death date. Encyclopedia of Occultism and Parapsychology has an entry with his birth date and lists him as a Pennsylvania welder and writer. The isfdb agrees on the birth and death years.
