Kenneth O'Hara
There appear to be two authors that use this as a pseudonym.
Bryce Walton was born May 31, 1918, in Blythedale, MO and died February 5, 1988. Contemporary Authors has an entry. He appears to have used it for SF shorts. The isfdb claims all of the SF pulp stories listed are by Bryce Walton.
Margaret Jean Morris as born January 15, 1924 in Sevenoaks, Kent, England. She appears to have used the pseudonym for adult suspense novels. She wrote children's fantasy novels under her own name. Contemporary Authors, St. James Guide to Fantasy Writers and St. James Guide to Children's Writers have entries.
