Using the Example image template

Call this template on every LOFE example page, after the LOFE:Navbar template and before the line numbers:

This template takes three arguments, all of which are required:

image-filename: The filename of the proofing image, which must be in the File: namespace. Do not include "File:" in the image name.
iw: The width of the proofing image, in ems. The text in the image should be clearly readable and slightly larger than the correctly formatted text that follows.
tw: The width of the correctly formatted text, in ems. This should be set wide enough that the correctly formatted example text does not word wrap in a standard browser.
