Scenes beginning with heading

Here an act serves as a major division immediately following the play's title. Both get four blank lines before them. The first scene is described in stage directions with hanging indents requiring block quotes. However, those stage directions and a sub-heading of the act are all part of the heading area belonging to the act. Two blank lines come after to designate the end of the headings of that major division.

The start of the scene in this play has an actual heading indicating the beginning of the minor division. That would call for two blank lines above it no matter the situation, but we already have those from the end of the major division prior. Yet more stage directions indicate the characters of the scene, also requiring block quotes for the hanging indents.
