Thought breaks as ad separators
This is a column of small ads from a periodical. The project comments say that a thought break should be used wherever there is a horizontal line, so that's how these ads have been separated. Normally, we would just use two blank lines between these ads, but a project's comments or answers from the project manager, post-processor, or a project facilitator supersede all other guidelines.
