• 13th Jan 04: pourlean - added Prerequisites section

  added url & italics tags, added instructions for regex.rc, fixed a few typos.

• 14th Jan 04: pourlean - fixed typo for "New Chapter" page removal hotkey
• 20th Jan 04: pourlean - added info for em-dash check & warned about removing /* markups before HTML generation. guiguts now has indent by 4 by default for /* markers - step removed to add this to text.

  Added section on bold mark-up for ASCII version.

• 1st Mar 04: pourlean - updated guiguts version to .36 - reminder to update install instructions for new perl libs.
• 5th Mar 04: pourlean - moved the order of removing blank lines before page seps. to stop that step removing spaces after poetry markup.

  Changed poetry markup to /p p/. Added HTML illustrations instructions. Added another step for Footnotes. Added info about checking quotations in selection.
