New Board Member Expense Reimbursement

(Adopted at the DPF Board meeting on June 10, 2017)

Upon written request to the DPF Treasurer, each DPF Trustee may receive up to $50 (US), one-time, to help defray any costs associated with participating in the monthly DPF Board meetings. Documentation of the actual expenses involved is not required; we expect each Trustee will make only appropriate requests. For record-keeping purposes, the Treasurer will report this as an expense in the quarterly Treasurer's reports.
