AutoHotKey can speed up formatting markup dramatically:
- Keep one hand on the mouse
- Keep one hand on the keyboard
- Keep eyes on what is being marked up
- A lot less mouse movement between the text and the markup buttona

WIki does not allow upload of filetypes of AHK so the example files must be Wiki pages.
