Talk:German (fraktur) books available

From DPWiki

I can't do fraktur, but some people can. There are some interesting works here, such as a German translation of Uncle Tom's Cabin. Many of these German books are US editions. If you need titles, I can read it easily.

I also have a box full of fraktur books, which I am reluctant to scan until somebody volunteers for the OCR.Jeroen Hellingman 13:05, 29 January 2007 (PST)

I'm interested in German books from around 1800/1850 and in biographical matters like letters and (auto-)biographies about that period. I don't have access to a appropriate OCR tools, but I'd drive those books as type-in projects. --Keichwa 08:57, 30 January 2007 (PST)
