Difficulty level HARD definition

A Distributed Proofreaders (DP) project is given a difficulty level classification of HARD for one or more of the following reasons:
- poor-quality page images or OCR text,
- many mathematical formulae
- extensive Greek transliteration
- many blackletter/Fraktur fonts
- footnotes in sidenotes
- multiple deviations from the proofreading or formatting guidelines
