This is a collection of medieval books on manners, especially for young adults, despite the word "babees" in the title. What surprised me was how little good advice for living has changed in 500 years.
A few of the "books" had nothing to do with children and young adults at all. It was interesting to read about the management of an upper-class household. There was a large hierarchy of people with responsibilities.
